Personal Training

Personal Training is one on one, individualized training for your personal goals.  Do you know what you're looking to achieve? Great. Let's build a program to get you where you want to go!  Not sure what they are?  No worries, we'll figure that our during your initial consultation.  

Together, we'll discover what you're after, what you are willing to do to achieve it and how I can help you do the work to make it happen.  Your exercise program is designed for your body, your abilities and created in a way that you will enjoy and want to participate.  Your fitness program will be fluid and progressive.  The program will evolve as as you do, building upon the strength and confidence you'll develop as we go along.

Training for an event?  Looking to rebuild strength after an injury?  Trying to lose weight? Want to beat your buddy at your favorite sport?  Personal Training builds strength, but it's a lot more than exercise.

Single sessions and various Personal Training Packages are available. We can discuss the options for your best result during your initial consultation based on your goals and what it will take to achieve them.

Beginner Strength

Newbies, seniors and those interested will learn to safely and effectively build strength and muscle. 

A great introduction or refresher course on proper form and body mechanics.  Progressive workouts will build strength and improve balance and coordination. This class is fun and educational.  

All levels are welcome in any class we offer. 

First class is free for all.  Drop In $20.  10 Pack (usable on all available classes)

In-Home Personal Training

Personal Training is provided at your home/location using equipment you have on hand. Common household items can be used along with body weight to provide a complete and varied strength training program. In addition, I offer guidance if you choose to purchase fitness equipment.

We start with a thorough intake and discussion.  This discovery process works to identify multiple aspects of your life and how they will contribute to your individual program.  Goals, willingness, availability, physical limitations, etc. will be considered to develop a realistic and attainable fitness program. Together, with your desire and my expertise, we will devise a plan to accomplish these goals.

Single Sessions and Various Packages are available. Please contact me to schedule Your Free Initial Fitness Consultation. There is never any obligation and no hard sell or pressure.

TABATA/HIIT

This is my favorite class format!  

This workout is challenging, fast paced and completed in less than 40 minutes. Tabata and HIIT utilize timed sets to generate maximum physical effect.  You'll see results quickly when taking this class 2 or 3 times per week.

Beginners and seasoned athletes welcome.  Remember, I can modify any exercise and you can work at your own pace. The goal is to keep moving!

SLOW FLOW YOGA AND CHAIR YOGA

Slow Flow Yoga and Chair Yoga with Lori Cuno

Lori spent 18 months studying yoga through a Native Indigenous nonprofit; then, pursued her 200 hour certifications through The Online Yoga School.  Lori holds a Reiki certification at the master level from Sunrise Reiki.

Primarily done on a mat, Lori can accommodate chair participants in most classes.

Slow Flow Yoga is suitable for all levels. Everyone should try it at least once.  Very relaxing and physically challenging. This class is available in person and online.
